Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PR Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website prservices.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PR Services provides web development, app development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

• All project requirements will be documented and agreed upon before development begins.
• Changes to the original scope may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated in advance.
• We will provide regular progress updates and milestone deliverables as agreed.
• Final deliverables include all source code, design files, and deployment configurations as specified in the project scope.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Structure: Unless otherwise agreed, we follow a 50-30-20 payment structure: 50% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 20% upon delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays. A grace period of 7 days is provided for overdue payments.
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project.
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, or tools used remain under their respective licenses.
• You are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) that you have the rights to use.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely feedback and approvals at each milestone
• Supplying all necessary content, branding assets, and access credentials
• Designating a single point of contact for project communication
• Reviewing and testing deliverables within 5 business days

7. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality work. However, we provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from third-party service outages (hosting, APIs, payment gateways)
• Data loss due to client-side actions or unauthorized access
• Business losses or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical details, customer data, and financial information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• All deliverables completed will be transferred to the client
• Refunds for prepaid work not yet started will be processed as per our Refund Policy

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
