Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At PR Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality web and app development services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure our refund policy is clear, fair, and transparent.
2. Payment Structure
Our standard payment structure is as follows:
- 50% Advance: Paid before project work begins. This covers initial planning, design, and development setup.
- 30% Midpoint: Paid upon milestone review and approval of progress.
- 20% Final: Paid upon completion, testing, and final delivery of the project.
3. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
A full refund of the advance payment is available if:
- The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.
- We are unable to start the project due to reasons on our end.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Cancellation is requested after work has begun but before the midpoint milestone.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and resources utilized.
- A minimum of 20% of the advance payment will be retained as a project initiation fee.
No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After the midpoint milestone has been approved by the client
- After final delivery of the completed project
- If the project was completed as per the agreed scope but the client is unsatisfied with subjective design preferences (which can be addressed through revisions)
- If the client fails to provide required content, feedback, or approvals within 30 days, causing project delays
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a project and request a refund:
- Send an email to mail@prservices.co.in with the subject line “Project Cancellation — [Project Name]”
- Include your project details, reason for cancellation, and payment reference
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a refund breakdown
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Please allow additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
6. Revision Policy
Before considering cancellation, please note that we offer revisions as part of our standard service:
- Starter Plan: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
- Professional Plan: Up to 4 rounds of revisions
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited revisions during the development phase
We encourage clients to utilize the revision process to align the deliverables with their vision before considering cancellation.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.), we will work with clients to find mutually agreeable solutions, which may include project rescheduling, partial refunds, or service credits.
